I love the Bilt app with 3D CAD diagrams, etc and the voice guidance. Overall, the build was exactly as explained except the roof metal sheet layout. Apparently I was suppose to leave about a 1/2" or 3/8" gap along the starting edge. Flush on the front edge yes...but you need to slide the first sheet over a tad so that it will not come up short on the last sheet. It wasn't so far off that the trim didnt cover the gap. But it would save a lot of headaches if the instructions would just say that upfront.

It’s beautiful on my patio and now I get to drink my morning coffee out there every morning in the spring/summer. I picked this one so I could butt it up against my house and it fits like a dream. I also added a small ceiling fan and Edison string bulbs. The quality is top notch!

The perfect home for my array of grills and outdoor cooking gear. I even added the brand new Argentine style grill from backyard Discovery (another great purchase). Running power was a snap and assembly was smooth and very reasonable. We customized ours with some lighting and a high-end outdoor sound system and now everybody loves hanging out there. Highly recommend

It was a bit tough for us to set up by ourselves, being in our 60’s, but we managed, and now we are just thrilled! Great to sit under for morning coffee, lunch, or reading. I loved the quality of my 20x12 Norwood gazebo so much that I purchased this one while my other was being assembled. A neighbor saw both while passing and stopped to say how nice they looked. I've received quite a few compliments on both! And they really do cut out some of the summer heat, a definite plus! No regrets on this purchase! We love the cedar and metal stylings and the Saxony XL is ample enough to accommodate our Kamado Joe smoker plus our Napoleon Phantom grill. We opted for the professional installation from Backyard Discovery, which was totally awesome. Within a few hours we were able to enjoy this new addition to our home’s entertainment area. We added shatterproof Edison bulbs to the gazebo adding a fun party vibe. Truly, we could not be more pleased. Well done Backyard Discovery. This is an A+ for us.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wife bought this for my birthday. Really good to have some shade on a summer day. Remember to anchor down as mine was caught by the wind and blew over onto our fence..... Didn't hurt the gazebo but hard on the fence. Well built!

We purchased two of them with the assembly services included. We joined them side by side against the house wall making a great 40'x9.5 shaded space in the backyard. Because we bolted them to the wall we were able to remove 2 columns (house side). The space looks great, and has transformed our backyard. We now eat there all the time with family and friends. We stained it (clear stain) to give it more protection against the weather. We also added a fan and string lights which make it look even better. This product is robust and off good quantity. Big value for the price. I would recommend this to anybody. The assembly team was great too and was able to assemble them both in one day (10 hours). I took care of the bolting to the house and cutting of the columns.
