I used to like Kleenex, the soft and gentle tissues but quality control is no longer existent. The tissues are not cut in any of the boxes and come out as one long tissue which is frustrating because you have to tear them.

I have always bought Kleenex but the last couple times the clear plastic tissue holder comes off and you have to dig for the Kleenex's now!!

Kleenex is my preferred brand of tissue. However, I have recently switched to another brand based on the box design and garish gaudy colors. Please consider more basic designs and colors that do not clash with decorating.

These are as close to worthless as tissues get.i usually buy members mark but my club cant even keep its own products in stock. Kleenex was a total waste of money. Should have bought dollar general brand - better quality

I noticed the boxes of Kleenex had some kind of brown substance on them that could easily be wiped off. I didn't know if the substance was dirt, mold or something else so, I threw them away.

Deceiving picture... it looks like it's the cube box but is actually the big rectangular box. Need to pay close attention to the picture ON the box and NOT the picture that is displayed.

I've been using these for some time now. When I purchased they were not good, they were very thin and useless, unless you took two tissues at a time. So disappointed in Kleenex.

Every single one of these boxes has plastic that isn't attached, resulting in each tissue getting stuck when you're trying to pull it out. I've resorted to taping the corners to prevent this from happening. won't be buying these again!

I legit don't think people know what good quality tissues are, these are not it!! Not sure if the batch I received is defective but these act as if they are single ply tissues!!! They must be cutting corners or something because all of a sudden they're acting super thin and when you blow your nose you can feel the wetness now from the other side!! These tissues are as bad as bad as the ones you find in cheap hotels or in auto shop bathrooms!!! Like seriously the Sam's Club brand are better than these.. What's crazy is I purchased these before in the past, Kleenex is taking two steps back in quality for some reason!!

I have used Kleenex for 70 years.  It is now smaller and even though it says 2 ply it is now too thin to absorb a single emptying of one side of my nostrils.  It also appears to be less wide than the original.  2 plates too thin to function correctly anymore.  Also perforations on top of box terrible to open.  Plastic  slot is poorly attached, and difficult to get started frequently torn off because of poor perforation of removable part.
