The kleenex tissues themselves are fine, but it is very hard to get just one tissue at a time. If you're holding a toddler with a running nose and you only have one hand you can easlily wind up with 4 or 5 tissues instead of one. Often, you will need both hands to break the string of tissues that try to come out of the box. They need to pick up on their quality control. I will not buy these again.

I HAVE BOUGHT kLEENEX FOR WELL OVER 50 YEARS. i AM VERY DISAPPOINTED.THE PACKAGING IS TERRIBLE.THE PLASTIC THAT IS USED IS TERRIBLE. IT TURNS LOOSE ON THE FIRST PULL .iT IS CONSISTENT WITHJ ALL OF THE BOXES IN THE PACK.. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL BUY A DIFFERENT BRAND NEXT TIME

The problem with the tissues i had when you pulled a tissue out of the box,, they all came out like toilet paper,,I had to use one hand to pull out a amount of a tissue. then use my other hand to tear the tissue apart or off. A real pain mainly when you only had one hand free to remove a tissue.. I bought a pack of 12.. and all the boxes were the same weay..

These KleenexTrustd Care Tissues are the worst I've ever used. Usually I choose Kleenex as my preferred brand but these are well below Klennex quality. They are very thin and the sheets do not easily separate from each other, which makes it very hard to use. I am very disappointed.

Very thin, and as soft as 400 grit sandpaper. The plastic opening on the box that is supposed to keep the next piece of sandpaper readily available has come off on the two boxes I've opened. Members Mark is far more superior. I'd give 0 stars if possible.

I have been loyal to Kleenex for almost 30 years. I will not buy Kleenex again until they straighten out the problem with the new ones. These particular boxes are terrible. They don't break apart so you get three or four tissues almost every go. Also, the layers separate. It's a very strange combination. I'm very close to just throwing out the package I have. Please fix this so I can have my Kleenex back! Until then, I'll be buying Member's Mark.

I have purchased four different twelve packs in the last month and return every 12 pack due to a horrible smell!! Every purchase that I made, the tissues had a chemical smell almost like a machine oil. I have never in my life had this issue with the Kleenex brand. These have a new art pattern on the box and I will not make another purchase until the art on the box changes. Maybe then they will be a new lot # of Kleenex and hopefully wont smell so bad. I am literally scared to use them.

The Kleenex arrived out of a packaged box and most of the Kleenex boxes were bent.
