Missing part from packaging

Unfortunately our package came with a missing piece. One of the beams labeled "CPC" was not in the box and we did not figure it out until we were about to complete the assembly process. That was very disappointing to say the very least as the kids are having difficulty understanding why we have this big, beautiful (it really is a beauty) structure meant to be climbed on just sitting in the yard and they are not allowed to come near it. I have tried to call customer service several times and after waiting 30+ minutes I am directed to a voicemail machine. This is incredibly frustrating and now I am afraid that we'll get stuck with an incomplete playset.

Backyard fun!

My husband put this together himself in about 3-4 hours. No big deal. I had to hold a piece here or there, but manageable. The kids love it and my oldest is 6. They use it as a prop in play too (ie. put a blanket over it and use as a fort). It's a great alternative piece of play equipment. Easy to move with two people to cut the grass.

Great Outdoor Climber

I bought this for my twin 4 year old grand kids and they love it. It is just the right size for them to use. It took about 2 and 1/2 hours for my daughter and I to put together - directions were just a little confusing - but it really was pretty easy.. I would recommend this for anyone with little kids who like to climb.

Great classic climber for adults and kids!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids love climbing on this dome! The paint has held up over years of sun, rain and snow. Strong enough for adults, too! Hand holds are helpful for climbing. Well built, expecting continued years of entertainment.

Excellent!

All my grand kids, from my oldest of 21 to the youngest of 3 love climbing on this thing! As children, my own kids played on one in the park near our home and had so much fun, I had to get this for the younger crowd. I see my 3 year old great-grandson becoming so self-confident as he travels around the outside of the dome by himself. His dad helps him to the upper area, where he loves sitting on top and seeing things from a different perspective. This was definitely a good purchase!

Monkey Bars

Looks good in the yard. Both of my boys like it. My oldest is four in two months and the other well he's two and a half. I feel that it should be rated from four years old to 15 years old. My almost four years old can climb on it barely and it took a few times playing on it for him to be able to climb to the top bars without help. My two year old well he's simply way to young but if you know kids then you know he wants to play on it just like his big brother does. So he has to be supervised and held when on it at all times. As for my four year old, I had help him at first since he was way to shaky and falling off. FYI: I don't think my four year old could do this a year ago when he was three. He's an average size kid. For the most part it was fairly easy to put together by myself and only needed my wife hold up the larger sections while I connected them together. FYI: Make six green stars at the beginning, the sixth one will be for the very top. If you have your own Allen Wrench that fits better then the one provided then use it, trust me. The bolts head that takes the Allen Wrench will strip easily so make sure to put a lot of down pressure on the Allen Wrench if using the one provided. FYI: I tried to move it around a little just to test it out for when I need to cut the grass. Well it is flimsy when picking it up from the outside on one side and seemed to want to bend and break on itself so I put it down rite away. I would suggest going under it and moving it by lifting it up from the inside center and sliding it across the ground or if you have another strong adult you could even carry it since it's not that heavy. It really should have come with anchors since it can be moved/pick up way to easily by an older kid lifting it from the outside and damaging it beyond repair or while another kid is playing on it on the other side. Just my observation that it didn't take much to lift it from the outside or inside for that matter. Make sure to place above soft ground in case the kid falls. Pro: Price is best here, sturdy "even I can climb on it at 175lbs, easy to put together. Con: Bolts heads to soft "need to be harder so they don't strip out when tightening". No anchors, flimsy when moving, not for a three year old unless you have very tall kids. Hope this helps out. Good luck and please watch your kids while playing on this as the can get hurt very badly in a second.

Worth the wait

We got the climbing dome about a month and a half ago. It took two adults about two hours to put together- the instructions were easy to follow, neither of us cried. It's a great size for my 3 and 5 year olds- they love it. As do all their friends that come over. It's the perfect size for our Chicago lot and is easy enough to move when mowing the grass.

Bought from Facebook swap

We were missing 2 climbing rocks from this dome we bought secondhand. I contacted customer service and they are sending me the 2 missing rocks for free. This is such amazing customer service. They were prompt in response to my email and to boot sending product for free. I am so grateful and I will be sure to look at other potential products!

Great product!

We have 4 children ages 4-9 and they love this climber. It took them a few days but now they are all able to climb up by themselves. It is not too high so they can all jump off without hurting themselves. There is still plenty of room when all 4 of them are on it together. I love that the earth colors blend in with the grass and tree so it does not stand out too much. Great way for them to get exercise without even knowing it!

Dome Climber (earthtones)

This is hands-down one of the best investments for our children (girl, 6 & boy 2.5) to date!! The play is endless & creativity impressively explosive! Right now our son uses it for creative play to hide and protect himself from everyone or he pretends he is trapped but the fun never ends, lol, especially with his sister around! It helps to get their energy out (at least older of the 2), she runs straight to it after school everyday & in fact loves it so much she includes it in her journal entries at school from time to time.
