The delivery carton was heavily damaged. I've opened it and the cartridge itself doesn't seem broken. (It was heavily cushioned inside.) So we'll see.

Brother is definitely trying to recoup printer costs by charging quite a bit for their original toner. I can see why many are going to off brand toner for their Brother printers.

I only use Brother printers and fax machines and have for 20 years. I ran out of Toner and noticed that the Walmart price was unbelievably low! Thank you!!

This item is priced so much better at Sam's than other places online and it's the exact same toner. We use it for our small business and it serves us well.

Genuine Brother product. Easy to replace high-yield laser toner unit. Old unit can be mailed to Brother for recycling (contact Brother online for free mailing label).

This printer comes with a minimal toner cartridge and the new replacement High Yield cartridge has been downsized to only 3000 pages at same price as the old Hi Yield cartridge resulting in about a 65% price increase for toner.

I have owned many printers and the Brother line so far has been the best. To ensure it stays that way I purchase their toner. I use the printer for work and I print a lot of stuff. One toner cartridge lasts almost 3 months.

I think the cost of this toner is too much money. I paid far less for the printer, than the price I have to pay each time I need new toner. The price is too high!

Brother's Toner 760 DOES yield 3k pages. If your dpi is set to 1200, of course, you use more toner. If you use "normal" and not "best" you use less toner also. Well worth the money. The competitor whose initials are HP, lol, has issues with the printer alone. I switched to a Brother printer over 15 years ago and have been very happy with it. BTW, this is my second muylti-function printer.
