This product is horrible. The only way the dryer stays on is if I use the wrinkle release cycle. We bought the product in August and I'm ready to throw it away. I would gladly take my order dryer back at this point. Stay away from the brand and model. The moisture sensor shuts the unit off within five minutes of starting.

You can control the dryer from your app as long as you turn on the smart control button The dryer sensory feature ensure that the clothes are dry and helps save on energy. The only thing I don't like is the dryer does not have a light inside so its very dark pulling the laundry out.

Was great until it was almost a year after I bought it. Stopped heating so I got ahold of Samsung and they said the warranty had expired when it hadn’t yet it was just within a few days. So we took it apart the thermistor and both fuses were bad. Checked everything else and it was fine. We replaced the faulty parts and it lasted a week until it quit again. They said it was going to be $140 to send someone out. We have everything in our home Samsung we may have to rethink our loyalty to the brand. We are in a hard spot right now and my parents just bought us an LG. A true blessing. Our last washer and dryer lasted 10 years so I’m really disappointed. I’d love to be able to fix this one so I could have my matching set but I’m not sure what is wrong with it at this point and don’t have tons of money to have someone come fix it.

It connects to my phone so I always know how much time is left for the cycle and get a notification when the load is done. This makes laundry so much easier when juggling children around. The clothes come out dry and soft without needing to run extra cycles, even with bulky items like comforters or towels. The controls are easily accessible and easy to use. I do love how quiet it is compared to the older dryer model we had. Our laundry space is inside the guest bathroom so I really appreciate that it fits in the tight space while still offering me a large wash capacity. The clean white modern design looks great in the space and ties in perfectly as a combo with the washer. Overall, this is a nice upgrade that saves me time and makes laundry day less of a chore.

So far this dryer has been part of a really good washer/dryer combo. One thing I don't understand - Why make a dryer that can play me a song and talk to my phone, but doesn't have a light inside... Really, I didn't know they even made dryers without lights - terrible oversight!
