Been only three weeks but the dryer works very well. Seems to be fairly quiet and much more time efficient. The options, remote access and cycle features makes its use a pleasure. Just hope that it lasts as long as the unit it replaced. Downside of this model is that the drum is rather dark and has no illumination which would be helpful but not completely necessary.

Connects to WiFi easily. Clothes are always dry at the end of the cycle. Very efficient machine. Automatically chooses the temperature for you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Samsung washer and dryer in July 2025. I wanted a dryer with large capacity and that dried my clothes efficiently. I love the different options for cycles and the fact that the dryer connects to my WiFi to notify me if there is an issue or when the load is done. I have not had any issues thus far and would recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This came with the house we bought 8 months ago (I believe it was less than 2 years old at the time) and we haven't had any issues. Smart features are handy. My only complaint is I don't love the design of the lint trap.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this dryer it does the job but I would like to see possible. Changes in terms of cycles and temperatures. In terms of dryness I find myself having to do multiple cycles to be able to dry clothes. The dryer is efficient as I notice a drop in my overall electric usage. The connectivity needs some work as if the smart feature is not selected you can't use the app to turn dryer on or off or change cycle. I would also like to be able to change cycle if I need to adjust the temperature for the load.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dryer is too smart sometimes and turns off when clothes are damp. Time dry seems to help, but the dryer doesn't remember last setting and resets each time. Wish I would have got the option with interior lights.

Looks really nice, and the reviews and feedback seemed pretty good. I waited two weeks for it to be delivered, only to plug it in and find out that it didn't work. Luckily, I was able to send it back with the movers once the issue was discovered. Overall, they were nice and helpful throughout the refund process. They were also happy to answer any questions I had and welcomed me to stop by and look at other sections of dryers I was interested in.
