Wrinkle Prevent is a great option

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the wrinkle prevent - I use it even if I'm at home because it allows the clothes to cool down and prevents them from wrinkling like they normally do when the dryer shuts off and the clothes are still hot.

Wouldn't change my brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ever since I purchased my dryer I looked out for various things: how much it will save me, how does it connect with my device (Wi-Fi), the temperatures that it offers the different cycles and definitely how dry my clothes comes out of the dryer. Up to now I have no problems.

Great Dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this dryer so much!! The different cycles, the efficiency, the size of the drum and the dryness of my clothes is wonderful. The only complaint I have is I wish there was a light in the drum. I don't think I've ever owned a dryer that didn't have one. That's the only complaint I have and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Great machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the dryer. Works well. Easy to operate and it notifies us through Alexa and our phone when it is done with a cycle. Connects to WiFi easily. Clothes are always dry at the end of the cycle. Very efficient machine. Automatically chooses the temperature for you.

Works great, handy smart features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This came with the house we bought 8 months ago (I believe it was less than 2 years old at the time) and we haven't had any issues. Smart features are handy. My only complaint is I don't love the design of the lint trap.

Great features!

I love the different options for cycles and the fact that the dryer connects to my WiFi to notify me if there is an issue or when the load is done. I have not had any issues thus far and would recommend!

Got ourselves another dependable Samsung dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this dryer to replace another Samsung dryer that we had for many years. We've had it for just over a month. It has all the features we need and seems to do a great job. Hope this one lasts as long as the previous one did. (The only "complaint" I have about our new dryer is that it does not have an interior/tub light like our old one did; but don't let that minor detail prevent you from choosing a dependable "great for the money" machine.)

Great Product

Good Dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dryer is too smart sometimes and turns off when clothes are damp. Time dry seems to help, but the dryer doesn't remember last setting and resets each time. Wish I would have got the option with interior lights.

Dissatisfaction

the new dryer has already stopped working as far as the moisture sensor is I've done everything to reset I dried it off I've wiped it off and that moisture sensors already broke I'd heard that this happens with a lot of Samsung dryers a lot of your washers but I decided to give you chance silly me I shouldn't have done that and yes we have a warranty but it's been difficult for us to find a warranty papers so we can put in a claim for this right we shouldn't have to see in this house soon after we bought this that this happens you wanted to hear it here it goes yeah we don't really care about the efficiency right now because the thing is already broken when you buy something so new it shouldn't be broken already both of our home you crazy but people have been saying this for years about your products and this happened so I decided to give you a chance because we have your phones they pretty good but your watches and drives are exactly what people said they were and I don't
