Been using the washer for 2 weeks. Works well. The door is a bit low, but that is true for many front load washers. A stand to raise unit is a bit pricey. Overall, the unit meets my needs.

Immediately after purchase I found a loose screw rattling in the tub. A single call to Customer Service resolved the issue- replacement of the unit at no charge. LG actually answers the phone! How unusual. We really love the washer and dryer
