[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far we’ve had these a month and they’re great. The washing machine has more features than we could possibly use. We mostly use the speed wash and it’s comes in at 15 min and the spin cycle is very quiet. The only noise you hear is in the beginning when the jets are spraying. Those were louder than expected but not loud enough to be annoying. The troubleshooting feature with the app is amazing. We bought these after having Whirlpool Duets for 8 years and couldn’t get away from them fast enough. Both machines are very quiet and look great which was a factor to us since our laundry room is in the house.

Of course I bought another LG set because of their reliability. I sell appliances for a living and this is the brand I tell customer is the best! My wm3600 is quiet and has all the function I need.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second LG washer/dryer and we have been very happy with the performance on both. They are quiet, have lots of features and get the clothes clean. This washer is WIFI-enabled and sends a message when the cycles finished. Really enjoy that. However with all these features there is NO LIGHT. Which is really annoying when trying to remove small items like socks...it's easy to miss one. If the washer had a light, I would have given it five stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once I downloaded the instruction manual and figured out how to choose the correct load and adjust the water temperature, spin cycle, etc, the wash comes out clean and ready for the dryer. However, I am unable to scan the machine into the WiFi because the scan icon and teensy writing showing the serial and model numbers in a place hard to get to makes it impossible for me to use that function.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally replaced a pair from 2005 and I"m glad I did... so simple to use, quiet, sturdy. I love that it weighs each load individually and tells me how long it will take, so I never accidentally leave a pile of clothes in the machine by mistake.

This is my first LG appliance, purchased online, LG had free installation free delivery and free haul away. Order on a Monday and it came on Wednesday. The 3 gentleman that came to my house were very curious and professional. They took extra care not to scratch my washer by wrapping it in blanket. They installed my washer making sure there was no leaks and even gave it a “test rinse” cycle just to make sure. The washer itself is noticeably more quiet than my 10 year old Samsung washer that it replaced, and the wash cycles are faster too resulting in using less energy. I highly recommend this washer and the great service that LG provided.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I first bought LG washer and dryer with pedestals in 2005 and had perfect performance for 10 years. When I built another house I bought LG again with pedestals and never had any problems for 6 years. We sold that house and bought another house, and, again I purchased LGs with pedestals. The house we bought had brand new Maytags, and I sold them to my son and bought LGs. In both my first and second summer homes I have had LG, so all told, in the last 16 years I have had 5 sets of LG and washer and dryer with pedestals and obviously loved them!

I had the same top loading old school washer for almost 20 years and it was just time for a new one after repairs would be too expensive to justify. I was a little apprehensive in getting a front loader, but after reading online reviews and rankings, I determined that this is probably the best bet for me. I am still getting used to all the variables that can go into a wash cycle on it. I am horrible at remembering to get clothes out of the wash so the app notifying me that the clothes are done is nice. It also has a feature that you can enable that will allow the clothes to tumble once in awhile if you do forget them to help with wrinkles. So far the clothes seem like they are cleaned well and when they are done, they don't need too much time in dryer as this thing spins the crap out of them! I can certainly see how this can be energy efficient. I have forgotten to put in soap on one occasion and almost on a few occasions. I don't know why that is. I guess because I was always just used to putting it in with the clothes instead of pulling out a drawer and putting it in there. Maybe a little reminder would be cool feature to add. Anyway. I don't have any complaints yet, but LG asked for a review and this is it.

Love the capacity and all the cycle options, especially the Allergiene. Wish that LG included a full, hard copy of the user manual with the washer. The online PDF version provides far more useful info on the cycle options than either the "quick start" guide or the paper manual that came with the washer (which seems far more focused on installation than use). As for the ThinQ app - it's a pain to install (locked up once, had to re-install, very complicated to add my devices despite being only 10 feet from my router) and think that only the diagnosis function will be helpful.
