LG read my mind and added all the features I wished for. A setting that allows me to add an item after the washer begins is a game changer! I always forget that one thing. The Turbo Wash feature dispenses water more quickly for a faster and more thorough wash My favorite feature is the Bright Whites cycle. No more trying to set up a custom cycle because it's now just a turn of the dial! My laundry is clean and sanitary, which is all I need. Thank you LG!

At first, I thought Wi-Fi on a washer was a joke or a silly up-sell, but now that I have it, I really appreciate the feature. The steam cleaning setting sold us, but the wi-fi has been a great perk because our unit is located in our garage where you can't always hear it. Operation is smooth and easy, and the app adds extra value features we like.

It is also conserving water, as evidenced by our recent water bill! The results are really clean clothes with great stain removal! It is user friendly and we have taken advantage of the app and Alexa interface, as well. No running up and downstairs to check on the timing of a load. All in all, we are pleased with each setting and function it affords us, for a great outcome.

Very happy with cleaning and efficiency

I've replaced another brand top loader with the LG front loaders. This is my third LG washer and I couldn't be happier with the features. There's more cycles than I need but it's nice to know that I have them if I need them. The washer itself is very quiet even on a high spin. I'm not encountering any off balance like I did with my top loader.

Wash time decreases automatically if a small load. Dryer tells you if the vent is clogged so it doesn’t burn out the heat element. Very happy so far.

I recommend purchasing the pedestal so you don’t have to bend down as much and there is extra storage in it. I love the extra cycle options through the app. The only downside is wiping down the lid and opening after each cycle but it only takes less than a minute and will help keep mold from building.
