I really didn’t think we needed a new set since ours was only 7 years old. Wow, was I wrong! This new LG makes my old set seem like I was washing laundry on a rock down by the river. Great new features and light years ahead in efficiency! You need this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great washer. Nice capacity. Only thing we learned is to avoid putting the detergent pod in between clothes. We ended up with a sticky film on some pieces of clothing. Maybe because the machine is so efficient and it doesn’t use much water

I've replaced another brand top loader with the LG front loaders. This is my third LG washer and I couldn't be happier with the features. There's more cycles than I need but it's nice to know that I have them if I need them. The washer itself is very quiet even on a high spin. I'm not encountering any off balance like I did with my top loader.

The quick wash with an extra rinse does well on quite a few of our loads. I had heard good things about LG's washers from some of my co-workers so we opted to try one when our 11yr old unit disintegrated. We have a large family, so it will get a lot of use. It will be interesting to see how it holds up. The only thing that we wish it had that we miss from our old unit is that it doesn't give an ETA when selecting most cycles. It needs to go through

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old LG washer started to have problems with load sensing, so we opted to get a new washer rather than repairing the old one. We bought the turbo 360 and thoroughly love it. It washes faster than the old one, but what we love the best is the spin cycle. The old unit would sometimes have trouble getting the load right to spin, but this new one has no issue. It starts slowly and just progressively increases speed so there is no shaking or jumping around, especially with bulky loads like towels or bedding. Especially like the door jets that circulate the wash and rinse water into the center of the load to make the tumbling more efficient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Still trying to figure out the settings and how this washer works. The printed manual is limited and when I have a question I have to look for the QR code and download the info on my phone, which is hard to read. Wish it had printed info regarding USING the machine - the settings, what to use for what type of wash etc. The one page info sheet doesn't have any useful info. Also I never know how long it will run before turning it on. Can't adjust by time. Sometimes a small load will run almost an hour and a large load under 30 minutes. The setting are for different kinds of fabrics but the machine is huge and we don't have that much laundry. Silly to run a separate load for a few towels and then wash my clothes separately too. I combine them but am never sure what setting to use. But it works and plays a cute melody at the end.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer cleans great! I didn't think I would use the App but decided to download it to check out what it offers. Well the App let me know right away that the installers hooked up the water lines wrong! Was able to get that fixed right away.

I've had this washer for a little over a month and am very impressed with how well it washes clothes while using less water. I love all the options available as I'm quite picky about how I like certain items to be washed, for how long and how much spin, etc. This washer is just so much better than my previous one. I have no complaints at all. And the app is very handy as well.
