I bought this back in November 2022 and since the beginning is being causing me issues , so disappointed. The problem with my washer is that shows IE error code even we checked everything was set up correctly. I can barely was 3 loads in a day because it takes like to 2 hrs and then it get stuck with the same error and have to restart all over again is been so stressful . Another thing, is that I’m not able to use softener it will stay there is doesn’t run like the soap . I Have to dilute with water and poorer inside . Issues I didn’t expect with this brand and is taking a lot of my time to do something so simple .

I got this washer as a replacement for my old broken one and it is refreshing. When it spins the close on turbo spin, it does not turn out too wet. Moreover, I enjoy the wifi connectivity, because I do not have to keep going downstairs to check on how much time is left for each cycle.

From the many features and settings to the ability to connect through the LG ThinQ app, this is an awesome device with many creative features. Washes quite well and is very energy efficient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To set the stage I had a top load washer for almost 2 decades so this was a mighty big step up, felt like Flintstones to Jetsons! I have been astounded at how clean the laundry gets! This machine is absolutely fantastic! I know there are a lot of options to choose from for the settings, and I have tried some, but usually I put clothes and detergent in, and let the washer decide the cycle, water temp, everything! It is kind of fun, I push the button to start and wait for the machine to figure out what it wants to do to best get the contents clean, there are flashing lights on the console while this is happening, when it is done it puts a number up of how long the cycle will tape, usually 30 minutes! I sometimes feel like I am at a slot machine, watching the flashing lights hoping it will say 30 minutes, not longer. It feels silly and fun. I currently foster 6 cats from the local no kill shelter. There are also 3 house cats. I end up doing a lot of laundry. I have found that everything that I have washed in this machine from clothes to shoes comes out absolutely clean, smelling like nothing, which is how I like it, I have fibromyalgia and my sense of smell can be very sensitive. Every thing that I have washed in this washer, some of which has gone in smelling like some rather old dirt, it all comes out smelling clean. I have found that it has to be level!!! Not just by using your smart phone, which only tests in the area the phone is on, not the entire surface.

The WM4000HBA was very similar in features and capacity. Have had it about 3 weeks and like it. It is quieter than the old model, and provides a lot more feedback as to what it is doing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second LG washer/dryer and we have been very happy with the performance on both. They are quiet, have lots of features and get the clothes clean. This washer is WIFI-enabled and sends a message when the cycles finished. Really enjoy that. However with all these features there is NO LIGHT. Which is really annoying when trying to remove small items like socks...it's easy to miss one. If the washer had a light, I would have given it five stars.

I’ve had my washer for only slightly over a week. First impressions are good as this is my first front loader. I like the preset options and the ease of use. The ordering process was easier. The third party installers were good and careful. My only slight criticism was there was some small communication gaps in getting the delivery scheduled for a day that worked for me. All in all, it was still an overall positive experience.

The smart phone functionality sent me a prompt that there was an issue with the filter so I opened both the exterior and interior wall vents only to find an overwhelming amount of built up lint from the older machine. Fire hazard avoided! Thank you LG!

Great cleaning ablity with use of less soap, bleach and softener. I purchased this washer as it was the best available of the stock on hand at my dealer. Only problem is the operation of the machine requires some one who is extremely versed in operating a computer. It should be pointed out that I am 81 and my Grandson would love the operational aspect of this machine only problem he is 2300 miles away and can not give any assistance.
