Two issues: 1. the door latch does not seem lined up perfectly with the locking mechanism and, since it's plastic, I'm afraid it will break prematurely. 2. Clothes come out very wrinkled, I assume from high spin speeds. The washer is also 0.5 inches deeper than our old model, which caused a fit problem for us.

The TurboWash saves time, the wifi tells my phone when clothes are done, and everything has come out smelling and looking better than it had before. So happy with this purchase.

The machine washes really well. What i.dont like is that you can't create and save your own wash cycles on the machine nor theu the thinq app. The notification feature when a load is done is much appreciated. This purchase replaced a 13-14 year old LG washer.

The smart technology that's built into the machine does a great job of helping you make the best choices for washing, and gives you lots of great tips via the compatible app. It also is very quiet for a washing machine, much quieter than our old one that made you turn up the tv volume to drown it out. I like having the ability to make choices that are specific to what I'm washing with the different options on what you're washing and how you want to wash it. The overall look of the machine is also very nice looking and pairs well with the dryer that matches. Really makes your laundry room look fancy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay,so I have owned my washer (and dryer) about 2 weeks ago and I have to say, I was skeptical about buying LG’s as I have never owned any of their products BUT I absolutely love it!!! It is so quiet and big. I bought a king size quilt just after getting the machine and there was plenty of room for it in the washer.

My new LG is a refreshing upgrade from my previous set. We’d began to have issues with old set. It fits perfectly and saves a lot of space. It’s a little noisier than previous set. It doesn’t use unnecessary water or energy. I think we made a hood choice.

Only problem was the measurements of the washing machine were a little shorter than the actual washer & dryer. But we made it work. The washer is fast and efficient, and I love the features it has.

I LOVE IT! i REPLACED AND OLDER LG FROUNT LOADER, WHICH MY FRIEND TOOK AND LOVES IT. i HAD A LITTLE ISSUE WITH THE TOP AND THE SERVICE PEOPLE TOOK CARE OF IT. ONLY WISH WOULD BE THE TOUCH SCREEN EASIER TO READ WITHOUT HAVING TO TURN ON THE ROOM LIGHT.
