Steams whether I want it or not

Have had this two days and done about 10 loads on various settings — it seems to steam EVERYTHING at the end, no matter how we set it. Love this otherwise but now scared to wash delicates. Any advice?

I bought the older version of this unit 11 years ago, and never had a problem. I moved and purchased my new set, which is even better, with enhanced features! Couldn't be happier, and highly recommend!

Love the load options

Great results

I bought this a month ago. I wasn’t sure if I was going to purchase a front loader again because of the cleaning power of my last front loader. This right here is very powerful and my clothes smell much cleaner. I am very happy with the results.

Repair issues!!

3 years in and balance error continually-repairman ran the computer stuff and said it was ok. 6 months later-I don’t have a washing machine. 2 repairman and can’t fix it.
