I am very satisfied with the performance of the washer to clean laundry but very disappointed that the WiFi feature does not work. After several phone calls to technical support and a service, the WiFi is still not operating.

After scoring a great deal on a new set we decided to replace both the matching washer and dryer. The new Dryer is much quieter and more efficient. This washer however has been a big let down! The turbo wash feature makes some really strange and obnoxious noises. The cycles are faster but the clothes don’t clean as well and don’t come out as dry as with the previous model. I regret the purchase of this washing machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So happy we purchased these LG washer and dryer. They work so well and look so sleek and modern in my home. The features they come with are fantastic and very easy to use. These won't be my last purchase of LG products.

You customize a wash cycle on this machine or in the app. It chooses every function for you. It's honestly unbelievable you can't set your own wash cycle. I never would have bought this washer if I knew that. In addition, their app to control the device takes so much personal data including the last website you visited.

I've only run about six loads in the past few weeks. The clothes seem clean but I'm concerned that there's moisture left in the front door seal and in the detergent cups. I've never had a front-loader before. Is this normal? And I'll never need most of the features and certainly not the wifi enabled ones!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had our previous LG washer for years and it was extremely reliable, so naturally we wanted to go with LG once again. And we are not disappointed, its works perfectly and it is much quieter than our previous washer. Love the Bluetooth and app features, I will never forget that I have clothes in the washer again with the push notifications that are send to my phone.

The allergy setting is perfect for doing the sheets and pillows, and with the wifi I always get a reminder when it is time to switch the load to the dryer. Being able to stack the washer and dryer was important because I wanted to minimize laundry space in the garage.

Haven’t made any changes to the regular cycle because there are no instructions in the book for it. You have to download a pdf for that info and I have not been able to do .that. Couldn’t talk to anyone at their support place - all on line communication

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our LG washer and dryer in November, so we have been using them about 6 weeks. Both are very easy to operate, and our clothes come out clean/dry. I like all the different cycles, especially the "Towel" cycle on each. Great machines!

I've had this machine for 7 weeks. It washes very well, is reasonably quiet, and uses very little detergent. I'm using about 3/4 of a tablespoon on most loads to keep the suds down. Initially there was a strong chemical smell but that has finally dissipated. I always leave the door and the detergent drawer open when the machine is not is use. It replaces a similar LG that was 12 years old and failing.
