[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought three years ago. Used once a week at most through that time period (i.e. ~100-150 times). Now totally broken beyond repair. Repair company said LG frequently have this problem. Way to expensive for this level of reliability.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my washer for a year and there is always a surprise 1st you have to DRAIN IT or it will do it itself all over your floor, 2nd the MOLD around the rim of the door is RIDICULOUS, constant cleaning after each use NO I'll do it later! 3rd it SHAKES the FOUNDATION to the house causing STRUCTUAL DAMAGE! 4th Now it has ERROzr codes IE if it isn't the water valve then it could be water pressure not enough for the washer to do it's job. Like really I didn't buy it on clearance or a second store "USED". At this time I should have went with a TOP LOADER! Learned from my MISTAKE.

I really like that it lets me know it is finished with the app. The little song it plays at the end is fun too. Would definitely buy again. I don’t use the steam function as much as I should. I do like that the app reminds me to run a tub clean cycle too.

I’ve had this washer for almost a month now and love it! It replaced my old LG that the bearings went bad on after 12yrs so I felt comfortable getting another LG because they are built to last. The new features and app capabilities are a nice touch! But the larger drum size is my favorite part! Every comforter in the house fits with ease!! And it is SOOO quiet! I love it!

I loved my old LG and expected the best from this one. So far I’m not disappointed. Install was quick and done well. Laundry all caught up. Sheets clean delicates look great. Machine quiet, looks great.

I did not know washers could be this great. I'm impressed by the smart interface and the features of the washer. It is incredibly convenient to have the washer sense how big the load is and display a timer on the interface. No need to check the laundry room to see if your clothes are still washing! I'm also impressed by how dry the clothes are after the spin cycle completes. I definitely save money on electricity on less time spent drying clothes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer was replacement for an older TROMM LG. It fits on the old pedistal which has the screw+adhesive side plates, but a new set of side plates and screws is required. The current pedistal design has screw attachements that do not require the side plates. One potential improvement: It would be helpful to have a volume adjustment on the tone which signals the end of the cycle. The wireless notification is only useful if the phone is not on silent..., which ours is much of the time.

Good product undermined by LG's installation team. The product itself probably deserves 5 stars. The installation team was appalling. The re-installation team was not much better. The product was not leveled, and the team walked away with the leveling wrench supplied with the product. They tramped dirt in and didn't clean up. Their hands dirtied the laundry walls and the product. They didn't know how to install to one side or other of the available space. The second team worked this out. The incompetence of both delivery teams was not helped by their lack of English language skills. That said, two weeks of operation have been incident-free and effective. I recommend the product, but be warned. You'll probably have to supervise them closely when they install it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer on August 4, 2021. All my previous washers were top load. The front load is vastly superior. The clothes come out cleaner with brighter colors. I use a Pod type detergent. The clothes smell great after washing. I also noticed a reduction in my water bill. So this washer is very water efficient. It is fast too. I am able to complete the weekly laundry with this washer in less time than my old washer.

Mine was installed as a stackable unit. I absolutely LOVE the way it washes and dry's my clothes. I'm very tech oriented, so the APP functionality is right up my alley. I totally recommend this product.
