[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although it runs very quietly and seems to be well made, it is tearing up my clothes. The steam will ruin any elastic in clothes. The normal cycle eats them up. I have to wash all my clothes on bedding or delicate settings in which the machine stops to soak the clothes as part of the wash to keep them from being ate up hopefully. They do not get rinsed and I have to take them out and rinse in two 5 gallon buckets full of water and put them back in to "rinse" and spin them. The machine adds water a little at a time because it weighs the clothes and by the time it is finished it's time to empty the machine! I wish so much I knew this before I bought it. I am so sorry for this bad review but I am trying to keep others from making the same mistake. I have had other LG products that are great and this washer is well made but it is a big mistake.

You customize a wash cycle on this machine or in the app. It chooses every function for you. It's honestly unbelievable you can't set your own wash cycle. I never would have bought this washer if I knew that. In addition, their app to control the device takes so much personal data including the last website you visited.

I loved my old LG and expected the best from this one. So far I’m not disappointed. Install was quick and done well. Laundry all caught up. Sheets clean delicates look great. Machine quiet, looks great.

I am very satisfied with the performance of the washer to clean laundry but very disappointed that the WiFi feature does not work. After several phone calls to technical support and a service, the WiFi is still not operating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and I am so happy I did! There are so many different options and the wash tub is so big compared to my old wash machine. Runs very quiet, at first I wasn't sure I turned it on. Very impressed and would highly recommend!!

I'm generally happy with the washer. It has the cycles I need and it seems to get my clothes clean. However, I am finding multiple capacity issues that I didn't have with my previous washing machine. First, the recommendation that I only wash one blanket at a time. Second, the detergent compartment can't hold the amount of detergent Tide recommends for full load. Third, the storage pedestal is too short for standard Tide and Clorox 2 bottles.

It gets the clothes nice and clean, and seems to be energy and water efficient. Sometimes during the spin cycle the clothes get quite twisted up and I haven't figured out how to change that yet. I really like the WIFI feature to know when the clothes are finished washing as well as having recommendations to clean the washer after the correct interval. Overall, I like the washer and I think we paid a fair price.

I bought this in July and had nothing but problems, the washer doesn't spin enough to get the close dry, there is not a spin only cycle and when I tried to download using their UPC code for a more detailed manual, I get the manual that came with the washer and no info on how to get a spin only cycle. Don't buy an LG washer

We bought this and it does not completely drain all the water out even at high speed spin. We had it replaced and the second one has the exact same problem. This is our 3rd LG front load washer we bought over the years and the other two had no problem draining the water out. we now are waiting for a repair man to come to see what the problem is.
