We purchased this washer & dryer set about 1 month ago to replace our 11 year old failing washer. These are high tech, and very substantial machines. They are quiet with a lot of features. They are attractive plus we purchased the pedestals too.

I knew better to buy a LG made appliance, washing machine was delivered and never worked, took almost a month to get it working. I do not think it cleans that well.

Have owed this for over a month and find the online owners manual difficult to use. The layout is poor and navigation difficult. If you are like me and like to read the the information you will be disappointed.
