Immediately after purchase I found a loose screw rattling in the tub. A single call to Customer Service resolved the issue- replacement of the unit at no charge. LG actually answers the phone! How unusual. We really love the washer and dryer

This has got to be one of the best washer machines I have ever used!!! I can wash a king size comforter and it actually comes out smelling fresh and clean and no spots missed during the wash, my old machine would never get them this clean!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The WM4000HWA replaced an older LG product. This washer is EXTREMELY quiet, easy to use and offers great features. I would highly recommend the WM4000HWA to anyone on the market for a new washer!

It washes my clothes faster and they seem to be cleaner than with my 23 year old washer. I would recommend this washer. The pedestals are are very roomy and hold lots of items.
