Very happy overall. Washer is a bit touchy when trying to wash a washable pillow. Difficult to get the load to balance enough to complete spin cycle. But still a very nice washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer about a month ago and it is wonderful. It washes great and the cycles finish on the time it shows. I love all the wash options and it has the cycle that cleans the tub inside.

Replaced our 5 year old LG with this new one. After 5 drain pump replacements I’d had enough. Why I bought another LG? Nothing gets better ratings. Sad Erin this situation.

Love the color and appearance. Controls are easy to use. Clothes come out clean and looking great. Very happy with the purchase. A little on the loud side compared to my last LG washer so I would have given 4.5 if it were an option.
