A couple months in, I am very pleased with this unit. It is quiet. It has special download able cycles as this unit is wifi enabled. It also synchs its cycle to the matchingvdruer.

We had to have 3 service calls in the first month we had it. Each time we were told it was something different causing the washer to not drain. It appears to be working correctly now but time will tell.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washer does a great job. Never got the LG ThinQ app to interface with washer - setup instructions were insufficient. ThinQ app and application needs to be improved to make it work.

Very happy overall. Washer is a bit touchy when trying to wash a washable pillow. Difficult to get the load to balance enough to complete spin cycle. But still a very nice washer.

Replaced our 5 year old LG with this new one. After 5 drain pump replacements I’d had enough. Why I bought another LG? Nothing gets better ratings. Sad Erin this situation.
