This washer does a good job however it would be nice to have better operating instructions especially for the steam feature which is unique to this washer. Also, it is nice to have to have the many wash options available to me.

we had the washing machine 4 weeks. It is a much better machine than our old top load LG. We like the turbo cycle and the machine has not had any out of balance
