The machine is great with the exception of the web based features. Have only been able to access the Wi-Fi feature once. Both my husband and I can’t have access and when I did access the features I couldn’t build my own wash/spin/rinse cycle.

I purchased this unit to replace a 10 yr. Old LG washer that had worn out. This one is just as good , but faster, with a 29 minute wash cycle. It does a wonderful job!
