I liked the fact that they had a return label prepaid for the empty cartridge. Installed the cartridge and worked perfectly. Sam's even had my cartridge to me in one day. That is real service.

Bought the Brother printer refurbished from Walmart. Very inexpensive but works perfectly. The toner costs less than ink for inkjet printer but lasts so much longer. Makes at least 1200 copies. Black copies only but perfect for my use.
