This printer has a new version. The older one I have is great. Will I buy the new version when this printer no longer works? Darn right. Toner cartridge lasts longer then ink tanks. Toner cartridge is simple to install. What do I need the most from printing? Black. Why pay high prices for color I don't need? Wish the cartridge was available in Walmart still.

I liked the fact that they had a return label prepaid for the empty cartridge. Installed the cartridge and worked perfectly. Sam's even had my cartridge to me in one day. That is real service.

Bought the Brother printer refurbished from Walmart. Very inexpensive but works perfectly. The toner costs less than ink for inkjet printer but lasts so much longer. Makes at least 1200 copies. Black copies only but perfect for my use.

This works perfectly! Watch out for fakes!!! I was duped by a Brother copy-cat version and spent 3 weeks trying to get it to work! I finally realized my error and Walmart took it back and refunded my money! THANK YOU WALMART‼️

The on that came with my printer product last so long. I just know this one will last even longer!! I own many a brother products and they never fail me. you never do wrong buying Brother!!

There is no need for concern when buying Brother products. The quality is always there. Walmart had this item ready or pick up the next day. They has fast and efficient service.

I haven't installed this cartridge yet but I have been happy with my other brother purchases. I would say that buying online and picking up in the store saved me $15 over the store price.

I’ve purchased this cartridge many times over the years and it’s been fine. This last year me I ordered from Walmart seems to have a problem. It’s almost like it’s at the end of its life span (like when it says to check the green tab and slide it. It’s every time and it’s brand new. I’m ordering another one but if I could return this one I would do that. $40.00 is not cheap to get a product with so many glitches

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally needed my toner for my printer and when I opened it there was toner all inside of the plastic bag sealing the product. Never had this problem before it was a horrible mess and waste of money. Hopefully it will still work to some degree.
