I love Brother products, my Brother printer is now 3 years old and all I really need. Being a retired Human, I only use to print out bank statements, correspondence, etc. I am grateful Brother Products are reasonably priced and last. I thank you and regards, Connie Lawrence-Gantert

I was a little concerned at the product arriving in a large outer box it could slide around in, but it at least comes packed pretty well inside the original Brother box, and it does appear to be the genuine article. I have used it for a couple of weeks and it works fine in my HL-L2320D laser printer. Thanks for the affordable toner cartridge, and the fast shipping! If I still can't find a decent price for the TN660 next time, I might consider two of these from the same seller, and just hope that the packaging won't be an issue again.

This toner cartridge does not match my printer as advertised for the dcpl2640dw. Buyer beware. Maybe my printer is a unicorn? No one else seems to be complaining. Chat was no help, they recommended other more expensive ones but I am afraid I will have the same problem. Maybe its a packaging problem.

When I received the package from store that was fine. But when I put it in my printer it said refill toner. Stating that the brand new toner I bought was empty. So I had to drive to Amherst NH to get a brother toner from the floor. Since Manchester Walmart doesn't have much to offer from their floor items. Thank the Lord the one from Amherst Walmart worked. I have a feeling that it was supposed to be recycled and instead they made an error and packaged it as new. Just human error that's all. That's why we need robots.

Genuine Brother toner is always as good as expected, unlike some of the generic refilled cartridges out there. It's worth spending a couple of extra dollars for quality.

Prints well but didn't even go through one ream of paper before it ran out. I would say this is only good for 300 pages :( Very unhappy - the only reason I got a new laser printer is to save on ink and it's not saving me anything.

This was an Brother OEM product at a very attractive price that I was ale to order on-line and pick up from the store later the same day. What could be better than that?

I changed cartridges to print a shop manual. At page 374 the change cartridge indicator came on and the prior few pages were of poor quality. It does have a lot of pictures, but I didn't even get half the number of pages it said.

Prints about half or less then whats stated and I have bought this a online stores and it prints way more!!

Super simple to install, immediate printer capability, very affordable. I wish all things in life were as effortless as this.
