This is a great system for the money sounds great. I installed it to use with our Samsung 65”TV. Installation was very easy. I recommend you install the software update as soon as you get everything installed. It wasn’t mentioned in the owner’s manual so you will have to go to the VIZIO website to get the update. It solves some of the known bugs.

The sound will drop in and out on the 2 rear speakers which is incredibly annoying, there is no constant sound for longer than a few minutes it will play for a few minutes and then the sound will go on and off. It has gotten to a point where I can't stand to even use them. Highly disappointed in this product. The sound bar part works great but that is it.

This home theater system provides movie theater sound and quality. It was an easy setup within 10 minutes. The only nit picky thing I would have preferred was that the sound sound system would turn-off with the TV, instead of manually turning off the system.

So, got this for my birthday November of last year. It was great and loved it until the subwoofer started constantly cutting in and out. Did all the troubleshooting even with tech support and nothing worked. They then told me there's nothing they can do because it's out of warranty.. I haven't even been using this product constantly for the last year. Had to take it down for 3 months because we remodeled. So we've been only using it for maybe 9 months and already having problems. Very disappointed because it was very nice sound when it worked.

Awesome sound system for the price. Bass can be a little overwhelming but for movies it's like being in the theater. Very adjustable so that can probably be toned down. Friends were over, heard it and now want the same system. This is set up in a large living room. Couldn't get the rear speakers in back of the seating without having the furniture in the middle of the room. So they are placed to the left and right. Setup was extremely easy and paired to my phone with no issues. Hooked to a 6900 series 65" Samsung via HDMI ARC cable. Very happy with it and would recommend to anyone wanting an impressive surround sound for under 200 bucks !!

The Visio sound bar, subwoofer and rear speakers produce a rich, room filling sound. The system sets up easily and connects to the television through a HDMI ARC connection or a Digital Optical wire. It’s a nice compact system. Also has a handy Bluetooth capability.

Bought 6-18-22 and dead on 1-28-23 It comes with a one year warranty that forces you to buy another unit, get it shipped in then return the old one to manufacturer while they hold the $199.99 on your credit card. These have a huge problem of powering down and never returning to function. My complaint has been documented by hundreds of others across the internet. This item is not reliable at all! You’d expect more from a well known brand.

The system sounds amazing when it all works. But, the rear speakers will drop sound and pick up sound intermittently. There is no rational to sound with music vs. Talking. It is not a great listening experience when it drops in and out constantly. I have now since July 8th and there is no setting I can seem to find to fix it. Disappointing & I'm probably going to return. I guess you get what you pay for.
