I could not get my Vizio optical cable to work so I had to use RCA hook up. TV volume is faster than sound bar so both creates echo. When you use volume on vizio remote or cable remote it turns on sound bar and echo issue has to resolved each time.

Replaced an existing surround system in similar price range from A competitor and the Vizio sounds much better. Crisp clear music and the woofer offers a great deep tone. Very happy with this purchase and the price was outstanding as well. Hope the initial quality holds up.

The sound bar and sub woofer sound great the reason for four starts is the surround sound speakers. The volume and quality of the sound is horrible. Very low volume. The sound that does come out is very garbled and almost inaudible. In my opinion if this is the way there are supposed to work then there useless, if there supposed to actually work like a surround sound speakers they need to be replaced.

V51-h6 is great if you can get 5.1 sound out of apps and video games other wise it’s just a 2.1 soundbar with an awesome Center speaker if you turn on Dolby audio on your TV in my case tcl r635 online apps and video games there is lag in audio but works OK with passthough but if the app or video game is stereo quality passthrough put out stereo quality :-(

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the 2.1 version but I felt like i needed more “surround”. This device does the job perfectly. Setup is really easy, the wireless sub is a great convenience, and the features at this price point offer great value.

Was surprised at the quality of the build. Was surprised at how well everything was packaged, and all the cables you could possibly need came in the box. I am just happy about everything with this product, and goes great with my Vizio 4K that I got a few weeks ago.

So far so good hooked it up yesterday -at first wasn’t impressed until I figured out how to adjust the sound - it has very good quail it’s sound I would say 10x at least better quality then stock tv speakers- bass is very decent - and listening to music was definitely cool- all in all a good buy

This is our second sound bar. Surround sound is amazing!! Very clear. The small sounds come thru that you woukd never hear otherwise! Truly a different experience with movies as well as tv shows. Base is great and the setting allow you so many options. Remote is super easy. Either remote works volume of the tv and sound bar. If you have been reviewing, STOP . Buy this sound bar. Almost didnt because I was leaning toward a Sony to match my 85" Sony tv. Glad I didnt!!
