Just like regular sugar. I enjoy it in my ice tea.

Switched from Equal - Love Truvia - I use it all the time

The larger sizes should be larger but using erthrotol (avoids gi upset) And stevia is GREAT.

I use one packet in my coffee and 1/2 for my berries. It's taste great and just sweet taste.
