This Truvia sweetener is the best to sweeten my oatmeal without the blood sugar spike. Just a couple of packets and I'm set!

This is a good substitute. I do like sugar and felt that is did not change the taste of what I put the sugar into.

How refreshing to have a low calorie sweetener that does not leave an after taste. I love it and use iot for hot and cold drinks.
