I use this in my coffee, tea and smoothies and don't feel bad about it. I love that it dissolves easily and tastes good.

It is so much better then all the other sugar sub. I will use it all the time for my coffee and tea.

In my opinion, truvia had a slightly metallic taste, and didn't really sweeten my tea very well. I was disappointed.
