Some sweeteners have an aftertaste or degrade when heated, but Truvia tastes just like sugar and remained sweet when heated.

I love that it is sweet but doesn't have the artificial aftertaste that so many have.  I just wish they carried it at all restaurants !

Perfect to put on fruit without adding calories. Love this. Also, love the baking blend and the brown sugar baking blend.

It tastes great! It was so good that I went out after tying it and bought a 400 packet box from Costco.
