As others have said packet size change was a mistake. After reading some comments and responses i see you are standing by you choice. I'm all for reducing waste, but in this situation you have sacrificed function. This creates a waste for the end user because of spilled product and also a time wast for clean up. Again, poor judgement by whoever made the decision to reduce packet size.

I have been using Truvia for a while, switching from Equal and other sweeteners as I liked the flavor better. HOWEVER, since the smaller packet size came out-I have trouble opening the packet without spilling. I tear off the top, and nothing comes out-then I tear the rest of the way and spills all over, making a mess. Reluctantly, I will be switching back to Splenda, NutraSweet or other brands that still have the larger packets. -- Brenda Paine

I bought six 140 count boxes of trivia for my bakery, and all of the boxes had loose sugar granules in the bottoms. While the packets remained intact, several of them were not sealed correctly and the sugar granules had escaped, rendering the boxes useless. Total waste of money, and several customers have commented about not liking the smaller packet size.

I hate the new packet! All of your responses say you are using the smaller packets to reduce paper without jeopardizing customer experience… But you did jeopardize Customer experience! As many others have said, product spills and it is hard to open for older people. I guess I will buy a different brand.

Since they changed the packets in size, the flavor is not the same, it is bitter. This was my go to sugar and now I have to change to another brand. This is very disappointing. If you do change back to the original recipe, let me know. Until then, I am done with this product.

I had high hopes for Truvia, but honestly, it's the worst sweetener I’ve ever tried. The taste is awful—artificial and overpowering. It leaves a lingering aftertaste that sticks in my mouth and completely ruins the flavor of my coffee. Instead of enhancing my drink, it makes it impossible to enjoy. I’m genuinely surprised that something marketed as a healthy sugar substitute can have such a harsh and unpleasant effect on the palate. I definitely won’t be buying it again.

I love Truvia! I have used it for years and it is my go to in my coffee and tea! However, since you have switched to the smaller packets it is no longer a good product for me! I struggle to open the packet as I have arthritis in my hands. When I am finally able to get the packet open the product spills on the counter every time, making it necessary for cleanup before I’ve had my coffee and the need to use an extra packet to get the same amount of sweetener in the cup! I would highly recommend that this company read their reviews that have clearly went from glowing to not so great in the last few months since the change of packet size! It is looking like I will be forced to change brands out of necessity! It would be nice to open a packet of sweetener without having extreme pain in my hands! It would also be nice if I didn’t have to clean up a mess every morning! BRING BACK THE BIGGER PACKETS!
