My preferred choice for a sugar substitute. I use for sweetening beverages and sprinkle over fruits and use in conjunction with sugar in baking to reduce the amount of sugar I use in baking.

Been using Truvia since 2015 for my Father who was diabetic & never had a problem with his sugar. I tried it & got hooked on it because it had a better taste than sugar.

I like Truvia verses other brands but I must say like everything else the box is almost half the size it use to be with less contents and same price. It feels like a rip off. But I like it so I buy it!

This natural sweetener tastes better than most and is natural, not artificial. Not identical to sugar in taste but it doesn't cause sugar spikes, inflammation and weight gain like sugar does.
