Used to use artificial sweeteners for years, until I decided to cut out all diet, fake, and phony foods. I switched to stevia and found Truvia. It's truly wonderful in everything from coffee, tea, and baking. Plus, it's healthy and natural, too.

It does not have that nasty aftertaste and really has the consistency and taste of real sugar. I recommend this to anyone who wants real sugar but cannot have it in their diet.

I use it in place of sugar on my cereal or in my hot tea. I love it! All the great taste of sugar and none of the guilt! Also there is no nasty after taste like with some sugar substitutes!

I sprinkled a packet on some plain frozen strawberries. Let the berries thaw and it was the perfect sweetness. Wonderful dessert! With that and adding it to my coffee, I'm sold.
