Truvia is a great substitute for sugar with no calories and more of a "natural" sweetener. It does impart a strong aftertaste that tastes "chemically." But, a little goes a long way in terms of sweetness.

I've mostly used Splenda and Equal in the past, but I decided to try Truvia. It tastes great, and I'm definitely going to keep using it going forward.

I am on the FODMAP diet for several months & tried Truvia because it seems to fit the guidelines for sweeteners. The only problem I have encountered is that it takes some time & effort for it to dissolve completely in cereal with cold milk.

Packets are consistently excellent in flavor and mixability. They are easy to take with you to use elsewhere also. Taste is superb with no aftertaste.
