I have interstitial cystitis and substitute sweeteners are not allowed on my diet. My urologist suggested I try Truvia and it didn't irritate my bladder. I'm so glad I tried it and I'll continue to use it in the future.

I bought truvia, and I was very satisfied with it. It is very sweet, and I love sweet. I use it in my cereal, my yogut, and my coffee. It has a great taste.

With Truvia being the only sweetner I had in my home at the moment I was expecting it to surprise me. It didn't. It just didn't impress me, it was gritty had a weird after taste and just didn't make what I was consuming any more "WOW" basically.

I didn't try them before I receive  the samples packet.  After I try them i throw out all the sugar and other sweetners from my house.  I always Carry truvia. It is the Best thing in the Word.
