I used to get migraines from using artificial sweeteners. After switching to Truvia, I stopped getting as intense and frequent sweeteners and it helped me wih my weightless journey.

Due to recent health problems for me and my husband and for my teenage son who is very health conscious because of our problems we had to go away from sugar. Truvia has a great taste and is comparable to sugar in flavor and in ease of use.

I have been using sucralose for several years. I was looking for a more natural way of sweetening and tried Truvia. I like it. I shall buy it. I shall use it. Simply sweet, no glucose spike, great taste.

I got my sample last month and tried it for the first time. I was AMAZED! I feel so much better knowing that is a natural product and it even melts in iced tea. I will never drink anything else! I haven't used it for cooking, yet.
