I have been using Truvia for awhile. I sweeten foods from cereal to cookies with it, and love eliminating 75% of the calories. It has great flavor, and texture. Love that it comes from a plant .

Before using this product I used to use 30cc of sugar per tea cup and would drink 2-3 cups of tea daily. With Truvia I use ONE packet per cup and have lost, and kept off 25 lbs. I don't miss the taste of regular sugar at all.
