Sweet without the guilt

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The truvia sweetener helps with those that have diabetes and losing weight. I like to cut down on sugar and this helps me have the sweet taste without feeling guilty or spiking up my blood sugar. The aroma smells sweet. It is easy dispense into my tea or coffee. That packet is small but I do think it could be a little easier to tear. The packet doesnt weight much so you can pack them with your lunch. These last a long time too and the box is easy to take a packet out. The texture melts into the tea or coffee easily .

Buyer beware

I liked this sweetener and, as a registered dietitian, considered this the best sugar alcohol until reading this recent study (August '24) of products that contain erythritol. "Erythritol is a common artificial sweetener. Low amounts occur naturally in fruits and vegetables. It is also made inside our cells as part of normal metabolism. But when used as a sweetener, erythritol levels are typically more than '1,000-fold greater than levels found naturally in foods.' A new study recently published in the journal Arteriosclerosis, Thrombosis and Vascular Biology, Trusted Source, reports that erythritol use may increase a person’s risk of blood clots, which when formed inside a blood vessel can restrict the movement of blood and oxygen around the body."

Truvia

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product complimentary from Influenster and Truvia in exchange for my honest review. It does have a bit of a weird aftertaste. But it does taste like the real thing. I used it in my coffee and oatmeal. It's a low calorie alternative. It's a better choice if you're trying to go on the healthier side

Perfect ❤️

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a huge fan of Truvia sweetener and these 80-count packets are super convenient, to say the least!!! I love that they're portable and easy to toss into my purse or backpack, making it simple to sweeten my coffee or tea on-the-go!! The packets are also great for travel or at the office, where sugar or other sweeteners might not be available! The sweetening power is yummy adding the perfect amount of sweetness, with no bitter aftertaste. I love that Truvia is calorie-free and doesn't raise my blood sugar levels, making it a great option for those watching their diet or diabetics, like me!! I'm now obsessed with this sweetener and will absolutely continue to purchase it. The value is excellent, especially considering the large quantity of packets you get. If you're a Truvia fan like me, I definitely recommend these convenient packets!!!

Best alternative to sugar

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a big fan of these Truvia packets! The texture is a fine white crystal that dissolves instantly in my hot morning coffee, leaving no clumps or residue. There's virtually no smell, which is great, and it provides a clean, sweet taste that genuinely doesn't have the bitter aftertaste I've found with some other sweeteners. The usage is versatile; I use it daily in my coffee and tea, and have even tried it in baking with good results. The individual packets are the definition of convenience – perfect for tossing a few in my purse or keeping at my desk at work. The 80-count box offers excellent value because one packet is sweet enough for my large mug, which is much less than the 3-4 packets of regular sugar I used to need. It's a fantastic, zero-calorie alternative that helps me manage my sugar intake without sacrificing sweetness!"

Why no ingredients shown?

There is a reason they don't show the ingredients, it isn't Stevia, its Erythritol. I also bought pure Stevia and the difference between the two is substantial. The amount of actual Stevia used compared to Truvia is impressive. Stevia isn't great but way better than this Truvia stuff with Erythritol. What does WebMD say about Erythritol ... "There's increasing scientific evidence that erythritol and other artificial sweeteners can be bad for your health. Recent research shows erythritol may be associated with an increased risk of heart attack, stroke, and even death. But erythritol is on the list of "Generally Recognized as Safe" foods by the FDA." "Stevia may also: Affect the healthy bacteria in your stomach, causing gas and bloating. Raise heart attack and stroke risks, because it's often mixed with ERYTHRITOL, which has been found to increase these risks." C'mon Cargill, you can do better ... oh, wait ...

Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to try Truvia Stevia Leaf after seeing so many people recommend plant-based sweeteners, and honestly… I love it! I made a latte at home today, and just one small packet gave it the perfect touch of sweetness without any weird aftertaste. What I really appreciate is that it’s zero sugar, zero calories, and still tastes natural—not artificial or overwhelming. I also love that it blends smoothly into hot drinks. No residue or clumping! Plus, the packaging looks super cute in my kitchen setup. It fits perfectly with my cozy holiday vibes. If you’re looking for a healthier alternative to sugar that still tastes great, Truvia is definitely worth trying. I’ll be repurchasing for sure! ☕✨

Very good ingredients and it is very good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first time using this brand and it is really surprisingly good. Smells so sweet but in a perfect way and very smooth when you use it with your coffee or tea. It is a very good product to use along with your drinks. It's a very good ingredient and it is worth every penny to have this in your kitchen.
