My preferred choice for a sugar substitute. I use for sweetening beverages and sprinkle over fruits and use in conjunction with sugar in baking to reduce the amount of sugar I use in baking.

I am diabetic so this is the only sweetener I use. It is natural and completely digestible. We use a lot of it and I am not aware of any health concerns.
