It looks like and has the same consistency as regular sugar. I used it to make hot tea and followed that one packet is the same as two teaspoons of sugar and felt like it wasn’t quite sweet enough for me so I added a little more. Overall I did not really like the taste of it, it wasn’t bad just not for me. It was also nice that it was packets so it could be used on the go.
