I love to use it in tea or coffee as a supplement for creamer or sugar. It’s great to have the packets usable whenever you need them. It’s usable for one to 2 cups depending on how sweet you like your drinks.

For a product that is a more natural low calorie sweetener option to artificial sweeteners; taste is tolerable for sweetening coffee. For sweetening oatmeal, taste is not tolerable. But it is healthier than using Splenda or other artificial sweeteners.
