I received two free packets of Truvia a month ago, and used them on two different occasions for, of all things, Ovaltine!  It was the best thing I have ever used because it was, indeed, far better than real sugar.  For example, the bitterness found in the other sweeteners was nowhere to be found.  The breakdown which happens with aspartame when confronted with heat was not found with this product, either.   Ultimately, I found it far better than sugar because it was sweet like sugar, but contains no calories - all the benefits without the nasty side-effects.  With my being recently diagnosed with hyperglycemia (a.k.a. Diabetes), it was the proverbial "God send" to me. Truvia has one of the best flavors or lack thereof of all the stevia brands I've tried. A lot of them have a weird aftertaste that's difficult to mask and some even have a strange consistency. Truvia feels like real sugar, granular wise, it dissolves like real sugar, and it even tastes like sugar! It you touch a crystal to your tongue it actually tastes like sugar, not bitter sweet with that weird taste. If you consume a lot of sugar free products you know what I'm talking about.

My Initial impression is that it was too sweet, i typically would put 3-5 traditional sugar or raw sugar packets in my coffee, but with Truvia i only use one, maybe 2 for larger servings like in my large travel mugs. Its nice knowing i don't need to use as much, it also saves time not having to open a handful of packets, and just to lower my sugar intake as is. I like knowing its better than other brands of substitutes. I have replaced it as my main sweetener for most brewed drinks and coffees. It is however not exactly like sugar, its a different kind of sweet, not necessarily a bad one, but if you specifically want the taste of sugar, you wont get it from this, it is a different kind of sweet, and that's not particularly a bad thing. Sugar like salt is addictive to me, as soon as i have it, I feel the need for more, its leaves me craving more, but not necessarily satisfied. My mouth feels dirty after using traditional sugar in my drinks, but with Truvia I can enjoy a drink that's sweet, and be satisfied after that first cup or two.

After using all the other brands I tried truvia about 6months ago and will not use anything but anymore. I find it the taste the closest to real sugar than any other products. To know that it is a natural source from the stevia plant and not the calories from sugar makes it the best choice for me. I use it on fresh fruit to sweeten it a bit, on cereal, oatmeal, and of course in my coffee, hot and iced. Thank you for making this product.

I tried a free sample of Truvia and it was delicious, I enjoyed the amount of sugar that was in one packet, The taste had a smooth and light sugar alternative taste, it seemed so natural. I enjoyed this product and I plan to purchase Truvia as an alternative to other leading brands. Thank you!

I received a sample packet of Truvia sweetener. I decided to test it out in my tea. I was very reluctant to try it, but once I did I was hooked. The taste of the sweetener is nothing like others out there. It tastes and looks completely natural, because it is! If you had to choose a sweetener definitely go for Truvia. It is delicious and all natural. It definitely well worth the purchase.

After looking for a natural tasting sugar sub,I got my free sample of trivia ,and to My surprise when I opened it looked like sugar,and once I tasted it I was hooked.i feel like this is the closes thing to real sugar that I have tasted so far.thanks so much trivia for such a great product.

I love this natural product for its taste, that it is not loaded with chemicals, and use it as an aid with my weight management. I tuck a few packets in my purse for when I drink hot beverages at work or when I am out with friends and family. I have used them to slightly sweeten tomato sauces that are a little too tart, to fresh strawberries, and whenever I need a little sweetener to brighten flavors in my cooking. I think it is one of the best products ever and love the total convenience of the packets.

I got a free sample of Truvia sugar packets and I used it in my hot herbal tea and was amazingly surprised at how nicely it sweetened my tea with only 1 pack! I will be using Truvia from now on for not only the reasonable price since I can use just 1 packet instead of when i used regular sugar that had me using 6-8 packets, but because it tastes great!

I started using truvia in my mug of tea daily and couldn't be happier.  It's sweet enough, but not too sweet.  You can get away with using just one, so the box really lasts a while.  I don't miss the sugar and I don't worry about gaining weight.  Green tea with truvia is truly a healthy morning delight :)
