This glider is just lovely

Brown glue leaking out at the seams the day after we assembled this piece. Sam’s Club sent a replacement after I initiated a live chat with Customer Service but I have to somehow disassemble the defective one and mail it back? I paid a neighbor to assemble it! Unfortunately the replacement came in a box that was crushed, opened and taped in more places than not. Would have added photos but unable to, maybe because of the 1star review. What a nightmare. Impossible to locate a number to speak to a real customer service rep. So disappointed.

What a nightmare

Searched and searched for a quality white glider and decided on this one. I received this in just a couple days, packaged to prevent damage and all the parts were there.  It was fairly easy to assemble.  The glider is smooth and a nice degree of motion.  No pad is needed as the design is comfortable to sit on.  But of course a pad will provided a nice pop of color. I bought the matching rockers as well.
