I ordered two swings when they were on sale. Received a shipping confirmation. Two days later received another email advising shipping was delayed. I called Sams at that point only for them to tell me the items were in the warehouse and the Cartier didn't pick them up. Then I was told the items were out of stock. Horrible customer service

Junk - cracked quickly, cheaply made. Had 2 months before Wood fully cracked.

Very nice bench, looks great after assembled. Follow insructions, it goes together easy and great. Would recommend this bench.

Super nice bench. I am surprise how big it looks and how well made it is. The only draw back is that it doesn't explain so well how to add the metal pieces.

I received this glider bench, and it had one broken piece. After calling customer service, I received a replacement piece within 2 days. Putting the product together was fairly easy. Nice sturdy glider for the porch.
