We ordered 3 of these gliders after learning that our children liked them. Made great birthday gifts and easy to assemble. We are happy with our purchase.

I really love the Glider bench, it was easy to assemble and looks great, my only concern was the shipping, the box was damaged on on of the corners and on one side, but happy to say there were no damage to the bench itself.

Love it! Glides nicely and perfect for my front porch. We sit on it every nice evening. I would recommend a cushion if you use it often but it is curved and well designed.

Saw this at the store and was hoping to buy one for a gift. Stores were out quickly so I went on line and was able to order and deliver for free. Made it very easy. was pretty easy to put together.

I just had this glider together for about 2 weeks now. It is a beautiful comfortable glider, but I noticed this morning that the wood in the front of the glider is cracking. I did call customer service for a replacement. I hope the replacement lasts.

This looks great on our front porch. It glides well, but isn’t very comfortable. We also had to buy new hardware in order to build it, because the screws that were sent with it didn’t fit. They were too big to go through. Once we had the right pieces, it went together easily.

Had serious issue assembling the bench. Cause appears to be poor quality control. Provided bolt could not slide in a side frame and then the nut froze likely on bad bolt threads. Customer service was very nice and friendly but after confirming the right color (Stainless) sent wrong color (golden) replacement bolt.

I ordered this glider, the matching rocker, and a matching side table. The whole set is super cute on my front porch. It took me about an hour to put all three pieces together by myself. I did receive one of the arms from the glider damaged. After calling the missing parts dept. I received a replacement in two days. The set is durable and comfy with or without cushions.

I received the Member’s Mark Four-Foot Glider Bench, Model Number TM130837, very quickly. The shipping box was in terrible condition (more on that later) but after inspecting the bench, except for a few minor “dings” everything was OK and all the parts were there. The box said “easy to assemble” and it truly was. I was able to assemble it without help but it did take me close to 90 minutes. I’m sure others will be able to assemble it more quickly; I’m just slow at it. The instruction booklet was excellent (surprise!). The text is large, not tiny. Each step clearly identified the parts to be used and the diagrams were helpful. All the screws and bolts were very organized in one sealed package and the package includes a few extra in case one is lost or misplaced. The only tools you need to provide are a Phillips screwdriver (yea! no Allen hex keys!) and a rubber mallet (I just covered the wooden caps with a washcloth and tapped them in with a hammer). “Wrenches” are included but they’re just stamped, narrow metal. I used my own 1/2” box wrenches and that made assembly easier. My only complaint is in Step 2 where the instructions say not to tighten the bolts but no other step clearly indicates, at least to me, when to tighten them. The assembled glider bench looks great! The construction is sturdy; there is no creaking. There is plenty of space for two people to sit comfortably and it is comfortable. The bench glides smoothly. A tag attached to the back support says the wood is from well-managed forest. Overall, I’m very pleased with the purchase. The shipping box, other the hand, left a lot to be desired. Sam’s Club clearly patched up the box (note the Sam's Club packing tape in picture) and shipped it out but did a poor job. There was no indication the contents were even checked before shipping it. If parts had been lost, it would have been very frustrating. The box arrived with half of it not even sealed. The delivery driver did gently place the box at my front door. I could lift the one side of the box to see to the contents inside. FedEx or Sam’s Club also used clear packing tape to patch up the factory tape that had failed but their efforts were not effective. I’m very disappointed in how the glider box was shipped. I lucked out in that all the parts were there.

I just bought this on 6/18/18, the day before my daughters graduation party. I found it at the local Sams club in the "deals section". It was a return saying paint was coming off though I had to search where as it was so minor(the little plug you put over the screw hole was all we see). The best part was it was put together except the 4 screws for the glider part. It was a spur of the moment purchase and was used at the party with compliments, of course I had a few people asking where they were at the store before I even made it to the checkout but of course it was the only one there being a return. It is very sturdy and glides perfectly. I plan on bringing it inside in the winter so I can use it all year.
