Well made, comfortable,  beautiful,  love it!

Brown glue leaking out at the seams the day after we assembled this piece. Sam’s Club sent a replacement after I initiated a live chat with Customer Service but I have to somehow disassemble the defective one and mail it back? I paid a neighbor to assemble it! Unfortunately the replacement came in a box that was crushed, opened and taped in more places than not. Would have added photos but unable to, maybe because of the 1star review. What a nightmare. Impossible to locate a number to speak to a real customer service rep. So disappointed.

What a nightmare

My husband and I put this together in about half an hour (while watching Hogans Heroes), and it is sturdy and attractive. We have it on our front porch and enjoy sitting some evenings for a relaxing glide while we catch up on our days. The gray is a nice neutral and is holding up well in the weather. I think we’ll take it to the basement once the snow starts.
