Basically 50 cents difference to have it cut for you, used to be big savings

Tasty piece of meat. We cooked it as a whole ribeye for a 10 person gathering. The cut had great marbling.

Price is a bit high for choice, also prefer to buy with bone. I bought one from Sam’s and two from H‑E‑B because of pricing

I purchased this product and cooked a big chunk of it in the microwave. It was rubbery and tough. Then i tried boiling sum in a large sauce pan. That was much better, just remember to season it with some tumeric or other spices. Excellent!
