this is the worst dishwasher i have ever owned. it is a sanitizer not a dishwasher. dishes have to be completely clean before being put in or they come out still dirty. love the color and it is very quiet but worthless.

so quiet. except for the water draining during the cycle changes, we never hear it. make sure you use rinse aid and the dishes will finish dried well.

delivered 11/18, 9 post purchase. it would not run. spoke to homedepot the same day. 2nd install team verified the water was on under the sink. conclusion - reached is a faulty unit. called samsung warranty 11/10 and 12/9 i am still waiting.

Bought ours 13 months ago and already needs $400 worth of parts and labor because it quit working. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE and buy something more reliable.
